WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
T-Bags accepts MasterCard, Visa, money order or cashiers check. All credit card orders are secured and verified for your protection. If you wish to send a money order or cashiers check, please call our order line at 1.800.957.6288 to get the total dollar amount of your order.
We ship either via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and most orders take between 5 and 7 days coast to coast.If you require special shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc.), please make sure you specify this upon placing your order. If you are placing your order on our secured site, please make sure to press the “UPDATE” button after you have selected the special shipping instructions so that the proper shipping cost will be reflected, otherwise your order will be shipped FedEx Ground.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL AND COME WITH NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.
In the event that you order an incorrect T-Bag for your bike, you may return it for exchange by first calling 800.957.6288 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any product returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Should you wish to return a bag for credit, there will be a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum charge) per bag. All returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase and in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging with all parts included.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
T-Bags was founded on this principle: Just give the people a great deal; products, prices, customer service----everything. Therefore, it is with great pride and total dedication to excellence that we offer a Lifetime Warranty for T-Bags products.
T-Bags engineers each bag for use on a motorcycle. We guarantee our bags for the life of the product against defects in materials or workmanship if returned to our facility accompanied by a receipt from an authorized T-Bags dealer and a Return Authorization Number issued by our customer service department prior to the return. This Lifetime Warranty is limited to products purchased factory direct from T-Bags or from authorized T-Bags dealers. Proof of purchase is required, because T-Bags does NOT warranty products sold as close-outs, products purchased from unauthorized dealers or products purchased from auction sites. We ask our customers to support those dealers who support the motorcycle industry with brick and mortar dealerships who employ and provide benefits to employees trained on both bikes and accessories.
T-Bags are made under the highest manufacturing standards from the finest, most appropriate materials for use on motorcycles. T-Bags are not indestructible. Damage and/or defects caused by fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse and improper care are not covered by this warranty. T-Bags has specialized in the design and manufacture of luggage for over 20 years and our technical service representatives’ decisions as to warranty coverage are final. Please use common sense in your use and treatment of any motorcycle product.
