am a police Sergeant
and law enforcement
trainer. I train
patrol officers techniques
in handling school
house shooters (domestic
terrorists). I started
training in New Jersey
on August 2001. Almost
one month to the
day prior to the
attack. Great officers
in New Jersey, I’ve
been back six times
since then to train
with them.
In
September of this
year I drove my Peace
Officers Special
Edition Road King
from Nebraska to
New Jersey and then
took a day to go
to Ground Zero, again.
My T-bags went with
me the entire trip.
Here’s

To the people of T-Bags,I
own 2 T-Bags my first was
a Texan which I bought 2
years ago and then there
was a T-Bags original for
the long overnighters. When
my Texan had holes worn in
it I called your customer
service who then in turn
put me in touch with Jo in
the warranty department.
I was worried that it was
not covered by warranty but
I had to find out. So with
the RMA set up I sent the
bag off. I contacted Jo a
week later and she said it
was not a warranty item however
you were sending me a new
bag I was surprised to hear
that your company was sending
me a new bag for a 2 year
old one that was not a material
problem. Today I received
my new bag and I have to
say that the surprises kept
coming. I received a Texan
Deluxe. I have to say again
Thank you so much for not
only replacing my bag but
replacing it with a better
bag. Now I know why Harley
sales your products you stand
behind them whether you have
to or not. You guys and gals
are the best.

am the guy that you sent the clips for the old Original
T-Bag,…. They
came in the next day and GREATLY added to the enjoyment of the RedWood RUN. Thank
you SOoooooooooo much. T-Bag’s customer service is top notch. While my
old bag is still performing very well with no signs of wear,.. I did notice that
a number of my buddies, as well as a lot of strangers have up graded to later
styles T-Bags. So,.. thanks to a quality product, and great customer service,..
a new T-Bag is in my future. Not cause I need one, I just want one.

Good morning T-Bags,
As a Customer Service Manager for a large distributor, I am always aware of the
service I receive from other companies. I have just had my first contact with
your company; in fact, I haven't even received my bag yet. But, I'm sure if the
bag is as good as the customer service I received, it will exceed my
expectations.One night I called about4:55pm, right when most people are anxious
to go home for the day. But, to my surprise, Rob was extremely helpful,
knowledgeable, and patient with me as he answered every question I had. He even
had some great advise on things that I had not even thought of; Props to you
Rob!!! Thank you very much.. My second contact was with Jo. She was every bit
as helpful as Rob, in fact she had additional things that I needed to consider
before I made my purchase. I have decided to purchase the Universal Lonestar,
and I can't wait to get it...
It is refreshing to deal with a company that has not lost the focus of customer
service. Sometimes I think that the idea of customer service became extinct
with the dinosaur.. But, such is not the case with T-Bags.. I'm very
appreciative of all your help..When I need something else that you offer, you
can bet that I will look to you guys for my purchase...

Dear Folks at T-bags,
I
recently purchased the "Dekker Supreme" for our trip
up to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Harley Davidson 100th
Anniversary. I attached the bag to my 2003
Electraglide Classic and off we went. We left from
San Antonio, Texas early in the morning and the weather
was great. The bag was easy to pack and with the
removeable padding inside, made the space even bigger.
It attached easily to the tour pack luggage rack
and held strong for the entire trip. When we left
the celebration, a few riders with us were surprised
on how much fit in the bag and how sturdy it was.
We also encountered some rain on the trip, but the
rain
cover kept all our items in the "Dekker Supreme" nice
and dry. 3200 miles later we arrived home safe and
everything in one piece. Thanks for building a great
product. It far exceeded my expectations and is
a piece of luggage I will
surely
use again and again.
I have a 2003 Harley Davidson Fire Fighter Special Edition Ultra Classic. I
mention the Dresser Backseat Bag to one of the guys T-Bag riding a 2002 Harley
Davidson Fire Fighter Special Edition Classic both of us agree it was a great
investment, I am concerned of the applications on a Ultra Classic or and
Classic with after market speakers.
Maybe the Design needs to be revamped and the lower rear corners tapered in so
the corners don’t press into the speaker.
